Return Policy

At The Astral Soul, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them

  • Items must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom‑made products

  • Items marked “final sale”


Return Process
To start a return:

  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization

  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer


Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:
